Technology solution for operational transformation

 

One of a Crimson client had identified the need to replace its incumbent Managed Service Program [MSP], which now needed to recognize and integrate regional differences. So our task was to gain an in-depth understanding of the different cultures involved and provide a more effective and inspired integrated solution. Crimson developed and delivered a full change management plan including full stakeholder management involvement in order to promote change and keep both managers and suppliers in the know. We delivered VMS capability in multiple countries and, thanks to a phased program, we were able to deliver our initiatives effectively and efficiently across the globe.
